 Join us for an unforgettable evening as the GSO celebrates the launch of its next 25 seasons. Experience the artistry of Andrew Wan, the distinguished Concertmaster of the Montreal Symphony, as he brings to life the hauntingly beautiful melodies of Sibelius’s Violin Concerto

Following this, the orchestra will perform Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4, taking you on a journey through the peaks and valleys of human emotion. This is an event you won't want to miss!

Dynamic retelling of a Canadian classic.
Roch Carrier’s short story The Hockey Sweater is a Canadian classic, first published in 1979. Now, Guelph Symphony Orchestra delivers the iconic story set to the music of award-winning composer, Abigail Richardson. Experience all the powerful childhood emotions again, in symphony, as the string section faces off against the winds, brass, and percussion sections in this hockey-inspired program.
